With our eco-friendly product range and improved energy efficiency in production, we'll sustainably reduce our carbon footprint.

The delivery times shown are estimates. You'll find more detailed information during checkout once products are in your basket. Your delivery time depends on the type and number of products and the selected finishing technique.

Customs Duties
We ship your order from Poland. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, if the value of goods exceeds £135 customs duties may apply, usually payable when the package is handed to the delivery provider. We'll gladly reimburse any duties incurred — just message our Customer Service and include the invoice as proof of the amount paid.
Fair Return Policy
Every item is printed for you on-demand by hand — that's what sets us apart. Returns can't go back on a shelf because we can't resell them, but we want you 100% happy with your order, so you can rely on our fair return policy.
Return your product within 30 days of receipt. If it doesn't fit or you don't like it, send it back. As a print-on-demand provider we offer:
Easy Returns
Who pays return shipping?
If your order value was €40 or more, Go Custom covers the return costs. Please always contact our service team before returning anything — we can often find a solution that avoids sending packages back and forth, saving your time and the environment.
What happens to returns?
Every item is unique, but returns never end up in the bin.
Donation: Since 2026, Go Custom donates new goods from returns worldwide for charitable purposes — e.g. to associations or families in need.
Recycling: What we can't donate due to legal regulations (personal designs or company logos) goes to a recycling company, gaining a second life — e.g. as protective insulation wool.
Legal Notice
Our satisfaction guarantee exists in addition to your legal rights, including the right of withdrawal and warranty claims. Find more in our .
